Great Place on weekends celebrate with friends here... Maintenance services overall good... Variety of starters good.. Heaven Pacific Blue I love it..7times I try this bbq nation.. Do yourself a favor and find a better restaurant. First thing i saw after the cringe "happy birthday" songs? Roaches. Available in different sizes from rice grain to your grandma's big toe. It has its allure for little kids, because of the quantity. But the quality is REALLY trash. I hope they get better management, and an exterminator. Till then, save yourself the salmonella.

The service was extraordinary. The dishes were mouth watering. Kimchi salad was unbelievable. I didn't knew kimchi would be in here and for every ARMY who has a dream to eat it. Rana of BBQ took care of us and great service from him. Thank you.

Worst service I ever seen... No proper service.. food is insufficient... No proper response.. delay in delivery food.. plates and cups are not clean... Waste of money !!! Not even worth to eat.. (Add B to your name board it is BETTER ) 0/5

One of the famous buffet hotels in pondicherry. The barbeques are good especially seafood. The price is quite high but worth for the food to certain extent. My humble request will be to visit the hotel on weekdays as it is highly rush on weekends when the service is poor on weekends and the buffet price is also higher on weekends.

The ambience and the serving style was good. Friendly people with limited varities of dishes. Mr. Rana who served us was gentle and very friendly. I've tried everything they offered in the line-up and it was all tasted good. Five star would've given if they had more dishes line-up like coal barbecue and AB in Chennai.
