It is an experience you need to have in Pondicherry. Awesome ambience on the rooftop with pleasant evening breeze flowing and the sound of waves soothing your senses. Taste of food is truly remarkable and refreshing. Very helpful staff. Chicken satay and vietnamese rolls have to be tried here. Very happening place and recommend to be as early as possible to get a seat!!

Bay of Buddha is a roof top bar & restaurant on the 3rd floor of the promenade hotel alongside the promenade beach serving Pan Asian cuisine. Lovely place for a romantic evening/family and large groups. Priya as our service hostess was excellent and the dishes we ordered were all delicious! The sea breeze which sets in by evening along with the view of the promenade beach is the USP of the place. Should be on your must visit place for food when at white town, pondicherry.

The Bay of Buddha might be a great place to hang around and to enjoy the food as well as the view. Unfortunately, I was made to wait for 2 hours just to get Table for one! And the most annoying part was they gave tables to those who came after me. I will never recommend this place to my close friends and my colleagues.

Great location and fantastic view. Sit out in the courtyard and sip on an ice tea. Would recommend trying the Asian restaurant.
