If it were possible to give them a zero star rating I would. We were advised to meet with this CA firm because they are supposed to be good and charge almost three times as much as other firms to register a company. Naturally I thought I could trust them to do our work diligently. The word "Associates" refers to Brem Nathan and his son. His son, Daniel, was given our account and it seems he is clueless about most things other than, how to hide behind his father if his professionalism is questioned. Not only did they register our company in the wrong category, they also did not care to follow up or keep us up to date with filing important papers which led to a lot of unnecessary administrative delays. I even took this issue up with Brem Nathan himself, but he told me that I was supposed to call THEM to find out what papers to file and that I must do my work more seriously. I know my responsibilities, and have many to other things to attend to, which is the only reason we dished out such a hefty fee for the registration. The last straw was when, once the registration was complete, they tried to trick us into signing an appointment letter authorising them to be our Statutory Auditors. At this point we sought a second opinion from a different firm, and they went over a RANGE of errors in the registration process. We had to redo EVERYTHING with them. It is not about the money but the time (in months) we wasted on this debacle. We are very pleased with our new firm and professionally advise you to stay away from Brem Nathan and Son.

DISASTROUS experience! Priced about 2-3 times higher than an average CA, these guys are inefficient, run by an inexperienced kid who doesn't stick to a basic process of work with clients. The person in charge was absent due to his wedding, then later disappeared on "honeymoon", then funerals - all excuses to abscond. Later on many occasions, they were clueless on the current status of the registration process (and what next steps to be taken). There was a point where they didn't even know that their own staff had our file due to absence of communication. The names on the DIN were faulty for both partners, registration process delayed and ONE YEAR later, our company is still not registered and fines worth more than 30,000/- have accumulated, total mess! Yet they refuse to acknowledge their irresponsibility till the very end. Total scammers!
