I bought Volta's washing machine.my washing machine got repair after 6 month but I called them in the land line number.some one picked the call in the store and I asked him,am I talking to daman sale center but he replied very badly and he said very rudely,no its a textail shop again I called but he replied who are you? In a very louder voice...very very poor response....they should keep educated and well mannered staff in the reception.

I lost the bill and i approached the shop at 8.20 pm, since i asked the duplicate bill they informed to come by next day and i was not satisfied with this response and i cant spend all time for it.. Feels disappointment and not be there with proper response as like that when i approach for new purchase...
All Electronic product available but if you need and specific model kindly call and inform them earlier itself so that they can order it , even if they don't have.
I purchased mixer grinder here.. They always say high price...you have to bargain.. Then they will reduce the price.
Very eager to sell, very poor after sales service. wasted a lot of time calling people for installing an ac, which was supposed to be registered by these people. Had to register directly after 2 days since they didn't do it and they didn't hav the courtesy to inform that they had not registered
Hope less servicemen no response for our call i purchased havells geaser 15 days b fore till now they r not comming to service ' the man who cam to fit he is not good in his job Felt verry bad on this show room persons pls b carefull n check totally after his work.after purchasing productone werk later they will com to fit .
