The 'documentation' process they take is too much time consuming and they ask more questions than a foreign immigration officer. But they get the job done at the end of the day. They can arrange and make ready large amounts of foreign currencies if given some time. So that's a good thing. They take a higher cut when it comes to exchange rate when compared with competing exchangers in the area but its worth it when you need a larger amount as others don't or can't arrange for higher amounts.

Be aware of their deceptive practice of not telling you about their fees and charges and other taxes until they have taken your currency from you. I have changed currency in other national forex agencies the week before and not paid some of these additional taxes and charges. Rates are average and their service is painfully slow so probably walk down the road to one of the other forex dealers.
