I'm fully satisfied with the product and I give 5 star rating because of the following reasons 1. It's better than expected. Value for money. 2. I ordered it on Sunday, received it on Monday and it was installed on Tuesday. Really impressed. 3. Excellent after sales service. Customer care people rang me up from time to time to enquire whether the treadmill was running well and whether there was any problem. As I had no problem, I told them so. But I was again impressed

Bought a Spacio plus treadmill from Excel after exchanging my old war horse from afton. This is a upgrade with a powerful motor,broader and also soft for the feet. Appears sturdy too and installation was free though I paid 700 for the amazing work three guys did to shift the treadmill to the third floor. Naresh was soft spoken and gave a good deal too. I give Excel fitness and Naresh a thumbs up and wish them good luck.
