May only be a good option for bachelors or male college students. Walls r cracked, windows broken, and only 1 room has an A/c. Night time usually brings drunkards. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY REVIEWS. If you are with family and you have paid advance of even RS. 2000, forget about it and book elsewhere. Owner is friendly, but he does not stay in the premises. Parking is at your own risk and your vehicle may be blocked by others if you want to start out early. Will definitely not recommend for ladies, children or families. Place is worth only RS. 500 per night. Not more.

The level of dissatisfaction could be quantified if I could give negative ratings. This is the best place if u want to be treated like 3rd class. Looks a perfect trap to loot money.
Never ever think of going to this resort the worst place. You can find all kind of insects scrolling on the bed. They treat the guests very badly. we were locked inside the gate and they threaten us to pay more and they tried break our vehicle's glass. Bloody f#*#ng resort.
Very nice and peaceful stay.. u ll love the beach in the night... Owner is very friendly. they have carrom, TT for in-house guest play free of cost. Swimming pool (4ft deep) is available for 100/hr

one of the best places to stay i've been stayin here for almost an year and a half really good.
Don't even think of opting this place ull regret after reaching there. Me and my friends have had the worst experience , close to a nightmare. The rooms are filled with dirt n stench followed by the remains left over by the previous guests which is not cleaned for over weeks , cob webs spiders , worms n bed bugs. The place is not cleaned , sheets are not changed, floor is not mopped(cuz they don't have a mop) n finally after all this the owner threatened us and asked for extra money at the time of check out.
