The French war Memorial monument is a solemn reminder of those brave soldiers who laid down their lives, for their country during the First World War. Entry into the grounds of the war memorial is restricted. Tourist can watch this memorial and take photo from the outside.

Cus of COVID they don't allow you to go inside and read the names of all the gallantry soldiers but it is a must see if you are ever in promenade beach

A quaint little memorial dedicated to the French Indian residents and soldiers who died during the World War I. There is a plaque which lists the names of the soldiers who were martyred. The memorial is a property of France. :-)
