I have a applied for a insurance claim but due to the negligible carelessness of the representative I opted to pay 7k. This is totally irresponsibility of the Insurance representative. Also they don’t care about losing a customer. So I’m saying bye bye to HDFC Ergo & going for something else.

Pondicherry HDFC ergo insurance Worst. I went to change the name of the insurance.security was sitting outside and he was doing the office work he said he will do that for me without any charge while he was doing the paper work the staff entered the office around 12 pm my paper went to his table and the concerned person asked me rs 100 for that.a security can do that for me at free of cost while the staff asking money to do that.i hope security must get that job and the staff must sue from that office.
