No option to give minus rating. That's what given a single star. First of all, your bank Employees are need to learn about respect how to give. Public are not your servant. Your employees have any idea about "May I Help You"? I didn't get help from their desk regarding check bounce charges. Check bounce charges debited from my account during moratorium period. In the middle of the explaining the issues, he has answering his call without asking excuse. Is the way you people are treating? Am I joke to you? Finally I have received nothing. Who is the responsibility for my money back?

The worst experience ever. Employees do not have any experience. Making my father who is 60 years old, to come back again and again for no reason. We had all the proof and the necessary amount to pay back the loan yet they never find any way to fix it. Such a worst office we have ever come across. Kindly get some experienced employees. Cannot give a negative rating.

Please be careful when you take loan from ICICI bank. I took loan from ICICI and settled all the amount one year before but till now they have not returned my original sales deed document. They lost my document and till now no proper response from them. They always reply that they are working on it.

No option to give minus rating.. no proper response for customer from loan division which is situated above banking office.. staff has no clear understanding on process... they will shake head for what ever customer asking to avoid loosing them... once you submitted document no response after that... they not even have time to pick your call... better avaoid step in the loan office there...
