Google map shows wrong geo tag for this Bank location. Actually the bank located in Right Side of Latha steels, lawspet in ECR road. Just 1 km away from this place. I have given two stars for wrong geo tag, not for bank staffs. Bank staffs are good in customer handling, they were very politely answer customer queries.

Today (5.7.2018 @ 8Pm) I visited ICICI BANK ATM at lawspet ECR Road. I should say that I had worst experience inside the ATM for few minutes to withdraw cash. People inside were sweating as air conditioner didn't work and there was a bad odor. I don't know since how many days it's in that condition. Why can't they maintain it properly being a private bank. It is attached to one of the main ICICI bank branches in Pondicherry and not situated in a remote area. I regret to say I have an account in that branch. Hope this review reaches the right authority soon and expect they do the needful.
