It used to be good few years ago. I had bought 3 laptops from 2012 in this place. Now for normal customers their response is very bad. If we enquire any laptop they won't give any attention and tell to call back later or sometimes without telling anything they will cut the call. Even if we go in person to stores the person says come later. I will enquire and call back but no response later. May be they get bulk orders for office nowadays. I had expected to buy my next laptop here but once I saw their response is bad since they have a name already in Pondicherry. I have moved to other good stores and showrooms who care for customers. Bought lenovo laptop from showroom itself.

Indica in Pondy is a very customer-friendly store. Just wanted to share my experience in this store. Recently I bought a speaker in Indica for a friend for 2050 rupees, and it didn’t fit her. It was embarrassing to bring it back, but I decided to try. To my surprise, the seller (or co-owner of the store) accepted the speaker (despite the fact that the plastic bag was lost from the package), giving me the full amount! I would like to mention that in 2009 I bought my first computer in this store and it worked for 7 years (in this climate!). Since then I buy some things there from time to time. I like this store. These young people are always polite, friendly, frankly, no doubt competent, and can always give good advice, while putting the interests of buyers above their own. Respect and many thanks.

I never seen in my life this type of terrible experience and very worst service. My laptop given for service in this shop (Indica computers) with 4 GB Ram for service. After service returned me with 2 GB Ram only and i told them this laptop 4 GB Ram but the shop person Mr Subash not agreed. Again i told him last year 2018 October i upgraded my laptop from 2 GB to 4 GB Ram in your shop only but he not agreed and this argument was going almost half an hour then he said bring the receipt when you changed your laptop from 2 GB Ram to 4 RG Ram in our shop. I came back to my room and spreaded my baggages to found the receipt but I found only 2GB Ram which was replaced for 4GB Ram. Again i had visit the shop and shown the 2 GBRam then he agreed yes your laptop was 4GB Ram. Very very careless work and irresponsible service person. I am still mentally disturbed and my hole day spoiled by them. Even they were not asked sorry also for their mistakes and careless work. I won't recommend this shop (Indica Computers) to anyone. If anyone goes to this shop definitely you will loss your money and your valuable time.
