I have ordered 3 bottles of grape fruit essential oil,I have received them today in kolkata.I feel very much worried to see that the manufacturing date of the same is 2018.How can you send such old items ,when you know shelf life of grape fruit essential oil is 1-2 years.after paying full price in advance it is very annoying.Hope you will look into such inappropriate selling policy.
A beautiful shop, mostly managed by women who are very helpful in guiding you around the shop. They have a wide variety of Perfumes, Cologne's, and creams. Interestingly they have few offerings for the men as well, like the after shave spray called "The Jungle", which now raises the question - Was Tarzan really clean shaven ? The perfumes are non-alcoholic based and are pure extracts. They have a chart that describes whether the selection is woody, fruity, floral or strong. The standard size is 8 ml and is a good try. They have diffusers as well, seems like the diffuser is the in thing, remember the copper bottles. I quite like the store.

A great shop for buying natural products. They have a huge selection of essential oils. I bought some face packs, aloe vera gel, natural toothpaste and some greeting cards. Very polite staff.
I visited this place when I was in pondicherry. I liked some of the products but refrained from carrying more as there is a limitation on carrying fluids on the aircraft. I placed an order with them once I was back in Mumbai. I made an advance payment and waited in anticipation for the products to arrive. When I received my parcel I was horrified ... The oils had leaked and 3 of my compound bottles had drained total. The eau de colognes were not all of the same measures ... Some of the bottles had levels much lower in content than the others. I was extremely disappointed as I had placed my order in good faith and in total positivity and I had a very negative experience. Since the above review was posted, I emailed the management at senteurs and shared my above experience with them along with photos of the condition in which the products reached me.They were immediate in their response and were apologetic for what happened. I even received a fresh parcel which carried the compound bottles that had drained empty in the earlier parcel aswell as a 70ml eau de cologne bottle to make up for the bottles of cologne that had contents which were lesser than the other ones. I thanked them for their quick response. We can slot this experience under human error which can happen sometimes
