A place for the good customer service. In many service center they won't responds that much to the free services. But they equally takes care of all customers. The way they approach is a great thing.

Its closed because theres a Corona case. But you will know only when you are there and call a number on the door. Its not even clearly mentioned before you enter... and they dont redirect you anywhere... DONT GO !

Awful service. This is supposed to be a Lenovo service center so took my Lenovo yoga computer there. Seemed like it had a display issue. The first thing a good service guy would have done is to hook to an external display and confirm it was a display issue and this way it would confirm the cable connecting the keyboard to monitor was messed up. Instead the service guys opened it and messed around with it and returned it and the display was not working at all. He said it they will try to locate a part for it. Never called back. Called them for 3 days in a row and their excuse was the boss was on leave. Not sure how that prevents them from figuring out part number and where to get it from. After 3 days passed I said can you at least tell me if you can do it for me or not and they refused to answer yes or no. The simplest thing is to tell the customer they can do it or not instead of stringing along the customer with no clear answer. Awful service. Better to go to other computer service places in pondy that are not Lenovo authorized and they will do a better diagnosis and fix the problem

Worst customer service center in pondicherry. If you think its an authorized service center better go for another service center. They will not service your laptops rather they will get Rs.750 as service charge. I had a bad experience with these people. I gave my laptop on 21/5/19. The engineers will not even look into your laptop unless you call them or ask them what is the status of the laptop. They said that there is BIOS problem in my laptop and they said it will take time rather you get your laptop. This is what the authorized service center will say .. damn... I just waited for more than 15 days that they will look into the problem but they are not.. The main things is that they will not even update the status of our laptops unless we call them .. I will rate as 0 to this service center. At last i just paid 750 for not doing anything to my laptop and took back my laptop... Kindly better go for another service center where they charge less than this worst service center

The third time in 3 months! It's been 23 days now that I gave my laptop for adding SSD and until now they Haven't given back the laptop. They say motherboard has became faulty! Seriously? How does that happen even! Charging few thousands rupees more than the actual price in the market. Not picking up calls and shouting at me when I ask for the bill. Such poor service to spoil the name of @lenovo

The Lenovo brand is a big brand but the customer point is not a classy. The lenovo mobile centre is good and maintained well but the Lenovo customers point is not much good. Didn’t know about service only given before two days. But it is just a single room without any airconditioned the chairs are even not maintained properly.
