Do not call them. I called 'saram' branch just now. They 'hang up' on you. There is a 'good reason' LIC is losing customers every day. Improve your customer service or lose customers like me. I though of reviving the current policy and get some Term/ULIP's , now i know who i am dealing with. Completely useless

Main LIC office in 1st floor where I get my LIC yearly report. Office time Weekdays Morning 10 am - 2 pm Afternoon 2:45 - 3:45 pm. Saturday 10 - 12:30
