Frauds. Refused to change our batteries that were under warranty saying it's lockdown. We asked for a written note about this so we could take up the matter with the company. These people refused to give anything in writing. After a lot of persuasion, they charged us for replacing 2 batteries in our scooty, instead they took out 2 of our new batteries, charged us, and the scooty never worked after that. Now we have to buy the battery from some other store and fix it ourselves. I would give 0/5 if that was possible.

Okinawa is one of the best in battery bikes but the spare are too costly. Service and spare only available at the showroom is the main drawback.
