Excellent laboratory. customer service is good. They claim to provide 5000 tests. They also do Home Collection services. I double checked with the labs in the state, the price is comparatively low. They gave the report in a small file, I've never seen that before. It was a good value addition to the customer.

I had to take a important test, it was not available in Pondy. but they immediately helped me by getting my test checked up in Bombay and gave the results sooner. Satisfied with the service.

I got my appointment scheduled and the technician never turned up the first day and after I called back, the Customer service informed they will definitely ensure it is taken care the next day, but unfortunately they did not turn up. When I called the customer service the second day, they informed that they are unable to reach the technician and have asked me to wait. I have lost confidence in their service. If you cannot service then you should not make people fast for 12 hours and then screw up their mornings. It is quite frustrating
