Offers good transport service between Pondicherry and Hyderabad, with 1 stop for dinner and 2 stops for refreshments having washroom facility, during approximately 14 hours journey. Bus drops directly at scheduled stops at Hyderabad in the morning, pickup from Hyderabad in the evening is by van which takes about 1 hour to put passengers in bus. Driver and staff are polite and helpful. Cleanliness of bed, blanket, curtain needs much improvement.

Thugs, pressurising innocent people into complying with their made up rules. We had one bottle of alcohol each for our own personal consumption which we were carrying from Puducherry. The bus conductor pressurised us into leaving all the bottles behind in his”office” and threatened to cancel the ticket without a refund otherwise. When told we will open the bottle as it’s for our own use and that is legal, they refused to listen. The bus number via which we were travelling is PY 05 9955. In other words - charlatans posing as bus drivers. Expect no reason from these thugs as they drive a hard bargain for things you are legally entitled to - carry one bottle of liquor for own use and having a ticket for one of their buses which they’ll threaten to cancel if you don’t comply. Terrible.
