The don't carry out their work diligently. The staffs are very arragont and display negative attitude towards customers. Even though the passport should be dispatched by speed post at home they called me over the week end and told me to collect it from the office. On reaching the office in said time I observed they were busy chating personal weekend stories and made me wait for an hour before they gave me my passport. Why do i need to go to the post office to collect the passport when they have to deliver it at home is beyond my understanding. It will be much appreciated if the staff practiced professional attitude during their office hours and carried out their jobs with due deligenece. This clearly is a sign of poor leadership at this post office. No wonder people move towards private service providers.
