When we called the receptionist said appointment is not required and when we went there the vet lady asked to take appointment and come and charged 200rs service fee just for saying “book an appointment and come”. I called again to ask for appointment and this this they said again no appointment is required. Loss of money to book and auto 300rs and then 200rs service fee for doing nothing.

Very unprofessional service. I had called the Petvets for neutering my cat. She was so rude and did not behave professionally at all. I cannot trust my cat to be handled with care and professionalism when a vet does not know you speak properly.
