No Qualified service person and bad experience with them. I went there with my Fossil watch for battery change after that my watch started getting foggy and water enters in my watch(To the company standard it's a water resistant) and the service person told "I should change the side buttons which costs around 2700" Same watch i gave it to a Fossil service center Bangalore and it works fine now and the service cost is Rs. 350.

Recently visited this showroom. Nice collection of branded watches. Attitude of salesmen is VERY VERY BAD. They have no patience to show what customer wants. They are in a hurry, despite the fact that they are idle most of the time - foot tap of customers is very less.
Very poor Staff attitude. Not even ready to show models and brands...went there to buy a Wall clock...without even getting up from his seat staff replied...its above 2000 rupees...r u ready for it.. When I asked for a double sided clock he just replied that he don’t have stock and myself and my wife went to see some other models...he didn’t even bothered to ask me whether v r interested in something else..then after unattended for a few mins we retuned back
