Worst service ever experienced in my whole life. The manager there never cares about anyone who comes without family. He only allows family to the tables and does not even talked to us while me and my friends stood over 20 minutes. We came back without tasting their stupid food. Ridiculous manager and his team.

One of the traditional hotel in puducherry. Lip smacking dishes. Taste is awesome. Only the thing is bit crowded . Other than that the staff is very courteous. Cost is bit higher side compared to other chettinad restaurants.

It's a good hotel. Hotel is following safety protocols for COVID-19. Parking space is available. But during peak hours, it's crowded. Food was tasty. Some of the food items in the menu were unavailable. Overall it's worthy and non-vegetarians will like the hotel.
