Do NOT even consider this place. It's called serviced apartment but it's not even a decent apartment, service is non-existent. We were a group of 10 (two families). Stayed a weekend. If not for the fact that we were out most of the day we would have walked out the first day itself. Full of mosquitoes. There's not even a repellent. We asked and the fellows didn't bother to get it. No sheets or towels. Again, asked but never got. There's 1 common bath... For a place that accommodates 10 pax... This is just not happening. Walls, floor, roof... Absolutely cheap. Not even decently painted. Bathroom door doesn't even have a proper latch. See the pictures to know how bad it is. There are only 2 things about the place that's not bad... The AC works in all 3 rooms, but you have to ask them to turn it on, and there's no remote. The place is 3min walk from grand canal and 10 min walk to the promenade. I'm giving it 1 star because there's no option for less than that. Edit: The Lousy response I got from the owner for this honest review... Calling me blind, thief, ignorant... Sad that people can even be like this. When we told him what we felt before leaving he looked like he's heard this several times before. He probably has. And doesn't care. The 1 also does not qualify at all.

hoo thanks for god , i have got it to stay for my total guest 20 peoples in in house to enjoy the day with raining shower , its like a house , so no more worry for safety , i was look a hotel but this house make me love to stay one more day , lot of things to be do in this house but its not a issue for us to stay 2 days , im not looking a place to buy and rent for a year , just to relax and have fun with my family ,i have one more hotel , but its closed now , so i have send my all clients to this home to stay , thanks

super and so much good apartment for us when we stay there for a week , we feel that this apartment is my one house , i feel that its my best places i got in this heart of the city, cheap and so much reach location , free water has been given by Mr manager , he also good with us ,

its amazing place to stay in pondicherry ,i need this type of place,i like to stay more and more days ,and the Mr help us to find car,and cook for us easy,good hospitality from him ,and safe house and best for us ,the cost of rent is not more than we look, its normal ,good and best for us ,any way ,i have tell thanks for google one more time
