Went for some office work.staff seems to b acting like big shots.i cant see any consumer friendly face there..No digital payment facility available here.enquiring about non availablity of such facility made me hear some of the dumpest jokes i have heard.1 ATM is near by.2 POS machine is being mis used bh staffs here 3.digital transaction is not secure 4.land line is not working in Reliance office hence, no digital transaction for a month.i think govt under taking insurance companies are taking much better consumer friendly approach now a days..

When I went for a renewal of my two wheeler insurance they renewed entered the wrong registratio number in it.. customer service is wrost in this place
