Saranes Dhandapani

26th Feb noon travel from Chennai to Salem. The ticket price was not collected as a standard price. The directly onboarded they charged 750 though the price was 500. Also there is no ticket or receipt paid. When raised this concern the conductor was rude and denied. It is not really a best service

Best travel agency for Hindi speakers and maybe the only one in Puducherry. The staff is super friendly. They even provided a driver who could speak good English and little bit Hindi also.
