Bunch of ignorant agents that are so damn rude and inconsiderate. They picked us up from our hotel and shouted at us for being 15 mins late knowing that we are a huge bunch of 17 people. The bus driver even drove off while some of the adults were on their way climbing up the bus and shouted at us. End of the ride, he refused to send us back to the hotel and shouted back at us and chased us out of his office.

I brought my family from langkawi to Pondicherry. Because of this transport company the reputation of Indians and Indian behaviour has been brought down. We booked the place by meeting the person incharge at the office. They were very rude and behaved very badly with us. We informed them that we have senior citizens in the group but there was no compassion or understanding from them. While the passengers were coming the van the driver kept moving because he was pressurised by the manager. Really disappointed with the services. They have no care or concern for people. They called us and even shouted at us on the phone. Horrible service. Never ever book through them. They are only nice until we pay for the tickets after that there is no customer friendly behaviour.
