Very bad at servicing our vehicles even it is paid service. So consumer should take care of their service and products. I really disappointed when I serviced my r15 V3.

Worst service. Took to muthiyalpet service center at 10.00am, my gps shows it is moving to far away from service center at 11.15am and at 12.05pm its somewhere place. And the bike has huge front doom scratch. They will take ur bike where they want. I have attached gps Data image in this comment. Its better to do service by local expert.

I never saw a cheap yamaha service center and customer service like this . 1. They won't deliver the bike on promised date and time 2. They don't know how to sevice a premium super bike. They will service your bike similar to that of a 90's cycle 3. when riding the bike after servicing there won't be a feel that the bike was given for a service . 5. The final bill will not include much details . 6. They will not deliver what they promise . 7. They will ruin your bike for sure . Free advice : give your bike to a good local mechanic than to this dealer .

I gave my wife's two wheeler here for service. Very poor service. Very poor customer service. They asked us to come by 9 am in the morning on the date of delivery. Before leaving we again called and confirmed with them if our bike was ready and we could come and collect. We were asked to come. We had to wait for more than an hour as complete service was not done. I don't recommend this.
