very good experience. Bought lenovo legion premium laptop. I was searching for this model for a long time finally i got one. But bag is missing i should have got one for the price but i got 32gb pendrive and legion gaming mouse

Very worst experience in this showroom. Lat week I enquired dell 5402 lap top. They told one price and complementary as some items. Today while i visited the same showroom they increased the price of what they gave as quotation last week. And the customer service was so worst. Hence we are paying some thousands of rupees for buying a laptop, but the customer service was very worst. Since I have to thank god for that experience so only I refused to buy there and went some other showroom and bought the same laptop rupees 3000/- than their showroom. My suggestion is please compare the showrooms and you can buy the best one, don't stick on to a single showroom.

Brought my laptop here for service. The staff were very friendly. They explained everything like what's going wrong with it and what needs to be done patiently. And they get the work done as per your convenience within the stipulated time. Very much satisfied with their Laptop service.

Showroom has wide range of brands. Salesperson was quite informative about things, explained in brief about the products. Pricing was also quite nominal for the product I was interested in, not sure about others.

Though the service area at the back of the appeared a bit cramped, the service engineers were working fast and I could get a correct model of the LCD screen replaced in about fifteen minutes (with about fifteen minutes waiting period): not bad at all when I thought my laptop model would have become obsolete and it would take many days to get the repair done. The billing experience was nice too. I recommend this place.
