I have ordered a rasamalai in this sweet shop through zomaro app.. They deliver a rasamala (4 pieces) in pocket without any spoon and cup.. In every sweet shop had common sense for sweet serving & packaging.. In office people how to eat this without spoon.. It is not Temple theertham for everyone take in hand & drink.. It is sweets .. So give some effort for packaging.. I infomed this restaurant for this kind of packing .. First she said replacment after that she said I can't replaced that product.. Now we throw that sweet in road .. They packed like a garbage.... They cannot take any action.. Worst service . Don't waste ur money for ordering sweets through online in this shop especially working people..

The best place to have sweets and chat .. the service is excellent .. just love love love it ... pleasw do try the cashew sweets and raskadham (bengali sweet ) .worth everytime .
