I have been using Valvenet for 3 months and have 2 connections Every time i go to chat window ,someone is always there to assist imm . Excellent service , else during live markets its tough.. As far as data is concerned quality is good.. only once i experienced some server delay and it was taken care too... that can happen with any tech company. would recommend 100% based on the support they Give. They are very fast & accurate in services..this is the best part. i am using their chart for trading, it works fast and sometimes when i need their support they come on line immediately and solve the issue within minutes. Hi, This review is only about their "QULITY of LIVE data feed". I am writing this review after waiting for long time for a fix to "Live data feed" issue. I tried their service multiple times in the last 5 years. Initially I had bad experience in data quality and stopped using it. Recently, I started using their service assuming that they have improved their infrastructure. But again started facing issue last 1 month 1. F&O Live data getting stopped during critical time of market hours 2. EQ segment data slow most of the time But when you try to explain the issue. They will try to convey the message as if your system is having some issue. If you give strong evidences, then they will agree that there was a problem in their server end which is fixed now. For this you need to spend more time with them during live market by Sharing Anydesk ID (even for intermittent issues in data feed) Recommendation for traders: If you are using BestRT (actually it became WorstRT in recent days), please make sure you have alternate data provider (Good/Stable provider) as a backup. Because during live market, BestRT will go down for sure. So that you can switch to that alternate provider. ( Hope you understood what needs to be done here!! ) Warning: If you are using ALGO, you will not have time to switch the data provider quickly. Either you will be missing huge profit trades due to order not triggered / losing heavily due to SL not triggered because of data getting stopped in critical time. Always expect this scenario during live market. One more problem is that you cannot change the data provider if you are holding long term subscriptions. Finally, I didn't have option to select less than 1 Star.
