Went there for the first time. Got what I needed for my Dog. They have a wide range of pet products as well. Neat and good store.

Good pet shop but definitely not the best in Pondicherry. They think they know everything. They criticised me when I ordered online, but to be honest, my dog preferred the stuff I got online over what I got from them. Every time I go there they criticised my method of training and told me to scold and beat the dog. Unfortunately my dog was a female German Shepherd so she became sad and stopped interacting with me. After I went back to my method, she became much more active and obedient. They also give things you might not need. I recommend going to Pet City. I preferred them more. Plus in Pet City, they have better experience and knowledge about pets and have much much more items and necessary things for your pet. I am not advertising but telling my opinion. I would always prefer asking a neighbour or friends on how to care for your pets. They internet is also good but a friend or neighbour will who has a pet will have more knowledge and experience. Never make your pet sad. You will regret it.
