i cant give less than 1 star thats why i give 1 star. world class worst service . and E Bike is just get repair after 6 month. i Buyed for 50,000. I have warranty but they take money from me for worthless reason like courier and shipment like this. and they take 45 days for service. If you miss to visit the shop after give service, shop keeper and other workers are used your bike daily without your permission. Still you want to buy that shop, god only can help you.

This electrotherm company is fraud . I was dealer in Pondicherry after sales support is nil and after I cancelled dealerships even after 5 years they are not repaying deposit amount I advise all not to pay any deposit to electrotherm
