This is the first time I'm trying naturals. I would like to say I have got a good service from PRIYA. I took hair spa and threading.. I have felt good relaxing and comfortable during spa.. She is very friendly and made my hair to look better.. To say they are very protective and give value to customers..

During the billing, they will calculate the total amount including all taxes, from the computer and tell you the amount. But, they won't print that bill and complete the billing. They will complete the billing and provide you the receipt only if you ask for it. Literally, they are charging us with GST and other taxes without billing. That means the money goes to their pocket. First time, i thought the cashier forgot to print the bill. But everytime i went, the same thing happened. The service depends on the stylist. Some, are good and some are irritating. One person didn't know to use the trimmer properly and he made a cut in my neck. When i asked him, he didn't even apologize and told me it was already there. Disappointing.
