i sent four parcels of natural sugar(200kgs) from erode to pudhukkotai and delivery is delayed due to deepavali stock and wen it is reached, it is completely ruined.... it is perishable item, dont rhey know how to handle it. The way of talking of pudhokottai manager is horrible, unprofessional. what they are going to do for the loss i incurred...... worst service.....I am damn frustrated bcos of my loss....

Very very slow and lazy answered parcel service. And not responding to anyone. I got my parcel 1 week delayed. But the worker speaks without any hesitation. Totally waste of time to put parcel using this service.
