One of the first apartment houses in Pudukkottai. Airy and spacious. Close to bus stand and walking area. Slight problem with Monkeys.

Prime location. Very close to Railway station, New Bus Stand, RTO office, Vairam Metrication Hr. Sec. School and Indian and SBI banks. 4 storey building with lift, car parking facilities. Fresh air circulation and 24 hours fresh water and closed drainage.
