This place is amazing very welcoming, nice, warm and amazing people as well. I got my new hearing aid from there because I trusted them and had went to them a few time before. Dr. told me what the best hearing aid and what my insurance cover and what to expect and more. Hearing aid come in fast and I love love love love the hearing aid product. Also he always tell you what to expect and any question he always make sure you know everything and anything and very very patience person. I recommend anyone to go to them they are helpful and very nice and awesome always care about their customers. Thank you so much for help and care you give me will be going back more often.

Why didn't I do this sooner? I have genetic hearing loss and needed hearing aides for probably 30 years! When I finally decided it was time, I went to Apex Audiology and wow - what a difference. I can finally hear and the staff worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I got the best deal. I'm always treated well and I highly recommend them! Do not wait like I did. After a very good hearing evaluation, Bill went through my hearing aid options. I have been wearing aids for about 4 years and I needed to replace my old set. After talking about my choices for about an hour, I decided to go with the top of the line model. It was hard for me to pay that much for hearing aids. But, Bill was not a high pressure salesman. He explained to me thoroughly what each level of aid would and would not do for me. So based on the info I went with the top model. And I have to admit I am very happy with my decision. He programmed them to exactly what I needed the first time. I couldn't believe how well they worked and how good music sounded again. I would give apex audiology in Pueblo a 5 rating for service and professionalism. He accomplished in one visit what my prior provider tried multiple times to do. But in all fairness, purchasing a much better hearing aid made a huge difference also.

My wife and I were hiking Colorado in mid September when one of my hearing aids separated, leaving a part in the ear. Bill DeHaan in the Canon City office graciously removed the part from my ear, reinstalled the cone and reinstalled the hearing aid in my ear--all before actually opening the office that day. Bill gets a 5 star review from me for his efforts.
