They do not even send you a bill, they just charge your card 800 ! That is after insurance has already paid! They stated that they started doing business this way because so many people were not paying their bill. Screws the people who do pay their bills!

Posting on all their locations.. I have been going here for about 3 or 4 years now and constantly have issues getting refills approved despite the fact that it is well documented in tests they have done on me themselves that I do in fact have allergies and I do require a few medications to keep them under control. Yet every time I need a refill, something goes wrong. This time is the last straw. We have a pandemic going on and I tried to get a refill for two medications. Simple stuff I get EVERY MONTH FOR YEARS. One isn't approved again. So in a pandemic I go without an allergy med so my immune system is compromised.. Hey thanks. But then again, I also found out one medication they had me on causes CANCER and they prescribed it to me AFTER it was known in the medical community but before it was pulled from the market. My pharmacist was the one to tell me when I tried to refill it. In the past when they deny a refill it is to make me come in. Well not this time. I'm finding a new doctor that will recognize the how irresponsible it is to have a patient come in for a simple montelukast refill. Your office claiming an office visit on my insurance isn't as important as my medically verified allergies being untreated while covid is hitting our state hard. Yes please try to make people go out for reasons unnecessary just so they can have their basic allergy medications. One doesn't work so great without the other so I hope I can get my other medication somehow soon and get my system back on track.
