The entire process from start to finish was excellent. I reserved the rental and paid online. I made all of my insurance, extras, etc. choices at the time of reservation. When I arrived at the facility I was concerned that I would be pressured into upsells. I was wonderfully relieved when that did not happen. The lovely agent had me out the door and in my rental in 10 minutes and the rental was better than I had hoped. My family and I drove to Kentucky from Colorado and back with no issues whatsoever. When I returned the car the experience was just as lovely. In and out in less than 5 minutes and my entire 250 deposit was refunded back to my credit card the same day the rental was returned. I will be using Avis for future rentals and would highly recommend to all of my friends and family. Great job Avis!
