The service here was just right, attentive but not overbearing. She asked if we needed help then left us to our browsing as we like to shop on our own without a salesperson hoovering around constantly. She checked in with us regularly and was always friendly. Found everything we needed except for boots for the wife. They have an incredibly small selection of, frankly, pretty ugly women's boots. Actual riding boots for women were non-existent here. Seriously guys the place is called BOOT Barn! Shouldn't you have boots? That is very disappointing. A great place to go in get sized then order your boots from an online supplier.

Very good customer service, large variety of boots to choose from. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a pair of boots for my son,I'm going back to get me a pair. My son and I were both very pleased. I highly recommend boot barn....
