This is the only car rental place in the city where you don't have to return your car to the same location without being charged astronomical fees. Need to go to the airport? This is the place to rent from. Customer service is great too.

Jennifer is the best. Experience was 10X better than my last rental out of Springs. Car was spot on and efficient.
Do not rent from Budget. They gave us a horrible car, it had no windshield washer fluid, it was dirty, the radio wasn’t working properly, gas cap was broken, needed an alignment badly. We called customer service and they had get another car, and of course the only one available was a gas guzzler. Also, the car had a lot of recalls. We also had to take a day out of our vacation to deal with all this. All of this to only get reimbursed for 50 or two day free rental in the future after we paid 900. It’s ridiculous!
Just went to the rental booth at Colorado Springs Airport. The airport was empty and yet the clerk at the counter seemed quite put off when I asked her to write down their locations that do take debit cards. You would think in a time where travel is scarce that they would want to do any business that came their way. But that is not the case. Please be sure you read all the fine print as we did after the fact. They do not accept debit cards, and if you use a credit card they will run a credit check first according to their fine print. I do not recommend trying to rent from this location.
