Called to see if he could repair my tv told him before hand what my issue was was told I had to pay a 25 diagnostic fee waited 2 days to hear back from him I go in to pick up my tv to be told I need a whole new tv not mad about that but bring my tv home with the plastic from when I purchased my tv still on the back called to ask why the plastic is still on the back and was told all he did was plug in the tv and poked the screen
