There is a parole offender wearing an ankle monitor. I have called his parole officer Michael Bensko numerous times. Never get a call back. Devin Hyndman tried to kill my daughter she left Colorado with her four children to New Mexico. She was unable to get clothes for herself or her children. He moved himself and his meth girlfriend into my daughters apartment. He threatened to throw her things out. After several calls from police no one want to deal with him. He is in HUD housing which he is not suppose to be there. He was served a three day eviction notice but everyone is afraid of the idiot.I spoke with Amber Archuleta who I believe went to the apt but could not do anything with him My daughter has things in the that can be replaced but the children birth certificates will take an act of Congress. Talking to Mike Pompeo Secretary of State may help. He stalks her he took the money the state gave the children this man is out of control. He calls me at 3 or 4 in the morning I get colorado calls from different people in Colorado calling me names he is now calling my husband. I have the dates and times I have called. My daughter cannot go to Pueblo as he filed a restraing g order yet he call her at all hours. She changed her phone her gmail account. Its crazy. Cops say he can call but she cannot call him. This borders on stalking. She had the utilities turned off her receipts are in the apt. He made false receipts. Guess the cops In Pueblo will only have sympathy for known felons. He needs to be picked up and put away lock the door throw away the key. If anything happens to my daughter or grandkids I will hold you and police department responsible. Take a lady to have sympathy. I have no respect for police in Colorado. Please get this man Devin Hyndman picked up. He is a con artist how men don't see it. Its ok for a woman running with her children for her life. Very sad also his parole officer will not even have the courtesy to call back. Sad.
