I was referred to Dr Thomas for ongoing knee pain. He examined my knee and ordered a MRI. He discussed my problems with me and gave me a shot of cortisone. He was very professional.

The first experience I had with Dr. Thomas was professional and fine however months after his surgery on my husband I brought my husband in to see him for a follow-up; the reception staff we're rude and very unprofessional to my husband and myself, and it started before we arrived, when on the telephone. Needless to say he didn't even get the medical care he needed and was weeks over due! After this experience, trying to get the medical records(I and the nurse spent days getting for his apt) to the new ortho has become ridiculous. If you are relying on these people for health I advise you to go elsewhere because they do not care about you.

I have shoulder pain problems and February 20, 2019 my primary doctor made a referral to the Dr. Robert Thomas. After more than two weeks I received appointment on March 13, 2019 (every day I have sharp pain of the shoulder!). However, 3/07/19 office dr. R. Thomas was canceled appointment and offered next possible day on April 2019. So I'm not sure that doctor can provide good treatment.

I had a terrible experience in the waiting room! I stood in line (hard to do with Ortho problems!) for 15-20 minutes to check in. Then, there was a huge fight in the waiting room because a patient was yelling that the doctors there were terrible. THEN, my doctor gave me excuses, didn't listen to me, and basically told me to get care in Denver because he isn't good enough. Who admits this!!!!????
