I have always been skeptical, as an audio guy myself, of taking my vehicles to get worked on by other people. Let me assure you.. You do not have to be skeptical of this store. All covid measures were followed. Customer service was a 10/10. I went in at 9AM. They were there and opened ready to do business exactly at 9. The dash kit and parts needed for my install had to be brought from springs. I had my parts delivered.. And car completed before close of business the same day. My model car is known for radio issues and Justin was very knowledgeable and gave me many options and all were affordable. Now I have a premium radio in my vehicle and I was told if ANYTHING with the radio goes wrong just bring it by for a look (meaning they stand behind their work). I was missing screws from my radio before they touched it. He replaced those missing screws as well without a second thought. If you have had a bad experience in the past.. I beg you try again. If this business has flaws I didn't see them during my experience and look forward to all my work and business going through them in the future. Thank you drive-in audio for your help and especially thank you Justin! Great guy.. Can't say enough about his professional appearance and go get 'em attitude. He made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

They ruined my truck!! Exposed wires, broken dash! Broken vents and didnt even put tye rubber boots back!!!

I personally had a great experience from point of sale to taking my car home. They tinted my windows, installed a sub and door speakers. The customer service I received from Jeremy was excellent!!! He was extremely professional and presented me with all available options to help me make the right decision. I wouldn't trust any other shop in town with my vehicles. Thanks for a great experience!!! I will be returning!!!
