I went in today to return a pair of shoes purchased online. The employee who was working today was not very helpful or friendly. He was indirect and rude. It reminded me of why I prefer to shop online. At the end of our tense interaction, I told him thanks and he just waved me off. Very rude and I hope he knows that it is his job to provide friendly customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service. I thought it was just the younger generation but the older guy who worker there was just as bad. They look at you but don't ask if you need help, even if you have a shoe in your hand.

Usually when I walk into Finish Line I am greeted by someone. This time, I walked in without a greeting and I browsed for 10 minutes without someone ever saying a word to me. This treatment makes me want to rethink going back. I hope it's better the next time or it will be my last time.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Although my 14 year old sons wears size 14, which makes selections scarce. I'd recommend carrying a wider selection in larger sizes.
