We had an emergency call 2 days ago for a busted pipe due to cold weather. The two techs who showed up to do the work were very nice. However they didn't bother to check any of their work before leaving. Didn't test any faucets. We still had frozen piping we had to resolve ourselves. When we finally got it all thawed. It turned out the techs didn't put the shower assembly back together properly. The shower now will not turn off by the handle. Which worked perfectly fine before they took out our entire shower insert. Now they lied about sending a tech out on a warranty call yesterday. Now we are here on the 3rd day on the same issue. They never followed up to tell us the tech wasn't coming. Or that it wasn't going to be covered because they \discussed it among the managers\ the receptionist was rude. Argumentative. And when asking for a manager I was denied multiple times. We have spent far too much money with this company to be disrespected like this. Will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a report.

First of all let me say thank you for being responsive. I actually called another company asking for help and they told me to call someone else. So glad it was you. Mike H and Brandon M spent 2 days in my tiny utility room installing a new heating and cooling unit. They were polite and answered all 100 of my questions about how things worked. Based off the work ethic of these two, I plan on using this company from now on.

Joe, Theo and Cameron came out to my house and replaced a indirect hot water tank that was leaking. The job went smoothly, looked and worked great when completed! No \ooops!\ Very professional. So happy I called Flow Right!!
