This firm took advantage of an elderly employee. They talked her into a lease that is completely one sided, non cancelable. The cost is three times what is should be along With automatic renewal terms. It’s so bad they even included the maintenance fee in the lease. It’s more like a finance agreement with out disclosure of interest rates. On top of everything else they low balled the monthly use counts. The sales guy pitched two hundred a month payment but it averages over 300.00 sometimes over 400.00 with count cycles of 23-31 days. When we asked them to make good on the misrepresentation we were basically told to bad. The culture of this firm is to take advantage of people and companies.
