So willing to assist even if there’s no commission for them. Don’t see that kind of customer service now a days.

Since zero stars is not an option..... My boyfriend purchased my engagement ring over a month and a half ago and even though it was listed as in stock we have yet to get an update on my ring. I have spent over 3 hours in the last week trying to figure out what the hold up is, even though I have been promised by their customer service representatives that I would have a tracking number immediately. They also have one of the worst customer service hotline I have ever experienced. Listening to the same 60 second commercial over and over again for 45 MINUTES is like nails on a chalkboard. I will not be recommending their services to anyone and I will personally do everything I can to make sure no one goes through the complications that I have. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The bs that I have been fed from them about my ring is completely unacceptable.
