Thought we would have a little picnic. I guess nevermind. My grandmother's mashed potatoes is absent of gravy, as it's all inside the bag. This is because they for some reason put the paper bag everything was in into a plastic bag SIDEWAYS. We figured we'd manage. Until we realized we have absolutely no silverware. She has mashed potatoes and I a bowl. Fail again. My son is the only one eating his lunch, thankfully we know how to not let the little things get us down and are having a great picnic. Oh, top it off, his food was cold even though he can eat it. Thanks KFC
Ordered a #13 combo large (only got a large dr pepper and they forgot the fries- had to ask for them and only got the IND) and #12 sandwich with large fries. They did not have the spicy sandwich in the spicy bag. kinda disappointed.
I got a 3 piece all white crispy and the chicken tasted funny. Ate one wing and through the rest away. Wasted my money on it. Live to far to take it back. I was in the area that's why I got KFC.
Great customer service very fast there was a line in drive-thru when I got there, I honestly thought about not going, because with a line like that they would probably take forever to get thru the line order my food and then wait to get to the window pay for my order and then wait for them to make my order and give it to me. But I was really surprised and very impressed with how fast they were getting thru the line. So I changed and pulled up to the drive-thru and waited. I started and timed how long it would take to get from where I was in line up to the speaker to place my order and then how long it would take for me to get to the window to pay for my order and then how long it would take to get my food. In all honesty it really only took a total of 13-14 mins. I am truly honestly very impressed and very surprised!! GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD HARD WORK!! I WILL MOST DEFENETLY GO BACK TO KFC AGAIN!!!
Fresh Chicken mixed with old chicken terrible food!
Don't really like this one, the chicken fried steak meal that had been ordered wasn't good at all and it spilt everywhere. Not only was the quality of the food bad but it also looked gross, I'd have to say skip this place and spend your money somewhere else.
I miss the manager Crystal. The service is wonderful and fresh. Good job KFC
