I called had appointment within 2days after my hearing test I had a very good evaluation and things were explained so It made since to me .I now have a hearing aid that makes all the difference. Jeff was very helpful and made this a very pleasant experience

We bought hearing aids for my 102 year young mother. After the rude young man delivered them on May 15, not telling about some of functions, he left. They have never contacted her since then to see how they r working. I have called them telling them she is having problems w them. One hearing aid the battery door won't even close. Now when I call their office their answering machine says not available, memory full. My mom cannot even use one hearing aid and Kings do not seem to care. But they wanted their money up front, then they walk off and forget the patient. She may be 102, but she is a very sharp minded person yet. Still playing games, word find puzzles, keeping her own housework up. But even if she wasn't she paid for a product little over 2 months ago and needs to have them working. But this company will not stand behind their product and give her the service she needs. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Wow, this place is awesome! Jeff is so easy to work with, and makes the process of getting hearing aids so easy. I will recommend Jeff and King Hearing Aid to anyone in need of hearing help!! Go see Jeff!
Am not happy with King hearing aid, the last time I was there I was not comfortable with the new staff. My left hear aid still does not fit properly. The man who checked my aids kept looking at his watch. If I had to do it over I would choose another Company.
Both parents have bought more than 1 Pr each. And have been very happy with personnel,location & money well spent.
